This is a perfect experience for those who love food and want to discover new exciting recipes from the Indian cuisine to cook at home! You will also take home recipes and instructions so you can make the dishes at home. Learn to cook delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes that you will love. “In this course you will be learning the basics of Indian cuisine, various techniques and methods that are specific to Indian cooking and all about spices - the when, how and why they are used. We will be cooking two vegetarian dishes, one kind of raita, a flatbread and rice. When it’s done we’ll sit down and enjoy a tasty, nutritious dinner together. Time permitting, each participant will also be making a spice blend to take home.” What you will learn: You will learn to cook vegetarian food whether you have never cooked before or are an expert chef. Lessons will include step-by-step instructions along with health information and much more.
