SPRING FLOWERS CAKE

Learn how to create and decorate a cake to a professional finish.

In this workshop Wild flowers of spring are brought to life in buttercream. You will learn how to make our signature vanilla sponge, make buttercream, how to torte, fill, stack and cover a cake, flavour and color buttercream, Skills we teach is : - what Colors work well together, how to use a piping bag, different piping tips and different styles of flowers you can create and how to decorate a cake to a professional finish. Each participant will decorate their own cake and take it home. We will be working on pre baked cakes Those with piping experience may find this workshop easier, however the class is suitable for all levels.” We will serve some delicious and healthy snacks and some coffee and tea. This class can be thought in English and Swedish. This session will be held on 15/5 at 14.00 - 16.30
